September 18, 2015 - Northeastern Colorado/CDOT Region 4 - Alternate routes advised.

LUCERNE – On Monday, Sept. 21, through Wednesday, Sept. 23, northbound and southbound single lane closures will be in place at the intersection of US Highway 85 and State Highway (SH) 392 for paving operations from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Uniform Traffic Control will be directing traffic and 15-20 minute delays can be expected.  Alternate routes are advised to avoid delays.

Traffic heading westbound on SH 392 will be directed by pilot car for approximately 2 miles. Additional single-lane closures can be expected on SH 392 for paving and guardrail operations.

Normal working hours on SH 392 are Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. During working hours, a 10-foot width restriction will be in place through the work zone.

The speed limit will be reduced to 40 mph for both the safety of the traveling public as well as construction crews working along the highway. Fines will be doubled for speed violations through the construction zone.
