HPTE will host I-70 Mountain Express Lane public meetings

September 18, 2015 - Denver Metro/CDOT Region 1 - Attendees will learn how to use the I-70 Mountain Express Lane and the proposed toll rates.

DENVER -- The High Performance Transportation Enterprise (HPTE) will host a telephone town hall discussion and a public meeting to provide information on the proposed toll rates and operations of the I-70 Mountain Express Lane through Clear Creek County.

Representatives from HPTE, the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and Clear Creek County will be available to discuss and take public input on the proposed toll rates and discuss how to use the I-70 Mountain Express Lane. This lane will run for 13 miles along eastbound I-70 from Empire through the Veterans Memorial Tunnels in Idaho Springs and is scheduled to open by the end of this year.
