CDOT to get 10th Street signal pole replaced on Thursday; expect delays

September 22, 2015 - Northeastern Colorado/CDOT Region 4 - Alternate routes advised.

GREELEY – Westbound traffic on 10th Street will be closed at 43rd Avenue on Thursday for about 30-45 minutes as Colorado Department of Transportation crews install a new signal pole and arm that was damaged in a crash In June.

The closure is planned for Thursday afternoon and will entail crews placing a new pole and arm on its new base. Drivers in that area are encouraged to find an alternate route while the work is being completed.

A temporary signal has been in place since the original accident which damaged the pole and was deemed unsafe. The new pole meets current design and operational standards for CDOT.
