CDOT crews performing ditch maintenance on US 6
June 8, 2015 - TRAVEL ALERT - Northwestern Colorado/CDOT Region 3 - GARFIELD COUNTY — Beginning tomorrow, June 9 and Wednesday, June 10 CDOT maintenance forces will be performing ditch clean up on US 6 between Canyon Creek and New Castle.
Motorists are encouraged to utilize I-70 as an alternate route around the work zone at either the New Castle Exit 105 or the Canyon Creek Exit 109. Motorists traveling on US 6 will encounter delays.
TRAFFIC IMPACTS: Work will be performed from 9:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. For information about CDOT projects, the public may log on to CDOT’S traveler information web site at www.codot.gov, www.cotrip.org or call 511 from anywhere in the state.
