Parking More Than 24 Hours Not Allowed at Harmony Transfer Center Starting June 1
FORT COLLINS – In order to enable all services, including Transfort, van pooling, carpooling, airport shuttles and soon Bustang, to use the Harmony Transfer Center parking lot effectively, enforcement of 24-hour only parking will begin on June 1.
Harmony Transfer Center has always been a day-use lot, although this has never been enforced. Those violating the 24-hour restriction will face parking citations with fines and possible towing.
Harmony Transfer Center will undergo some reconfiguration to enable access for all services. CDOT is designing a new Kiss & Ride area for airport shuttle services. “Kiss & Ride” means that passengers may be dropped off for the shuttle services, but may not park in the lot for more than 24 hours.
Super Shuttle will be moving its overnight parking to the Super Shuttle parking lot adjacent to this lot, and will pick-up passengers in the new Kiss & Ride area.
Green Ride’s overnight parking and pick-up area will move six miles south to their new Green Ride Central Park-and-Ride hub at the Fort Collins-Loveland Airport, where 300+ free spaces are available to customers. Green Ride will continue to pick-up/drop-off passengers at the Harmony Park-and-Ride. Visit www.greenrideco.com or email [email protected] for more information.
CDOT is continuing to work with the City of Fort Collins to plan the future expansion of Harmony Transfer Center to better facilitate all transportation services.
Bustang daily bus service from Fort Collins to Denver begins July 13. Visit www.ridebustang.com for more information.
