I-25 Frontage Road and Bella Rosa Parkway to be a four-way stop
April 28, 2015 - Northeastern Colorado/CDOT Region 4 - FREDERICK – Following a number of broadside accidents in the area, the Colorado Department of Transportation, with the concurrence of the Town of Frederick, the intersection of Bella Rosa Parkway and the I-25 Frontage Road will be a four-way stop.
Currently, Bella Rosa has stop signs, but the I-25 Frontage Road does not.
CDOT conducted a safety study of the intersection and deemed the four-way stop as warranted to improve the safety of the intersection.
Stop signs on the I-25 Frontage Road will be installed in the next two months. Temporary message boards will be in place before the signs go up to warn drivers of the coming change.
