Update: Emergency repairs on US 36 canyon today through Tuesday; 30-minute delays possible
April 3, 2015 - Northeastern Colorado/CDOT Region 4 - Emergency roadwork on US 36 at Mile Marker 14.77 with 30 minutes delays possible.
Due to emergency roadwork, the Colorado Department of Transportation has closed the eastbound lanes of US 36 between Pinewood Springs and Lyons (Mile Marker 14.77) and installed a traffic signal to regulate single lane traffic through this section.
The signalized single lane traffic will be in effect from 1:00 p.m. Friday through 8:00 p.m.
The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) is repairing the eastbound climbing lane, which has been closed since December, but needs to bring equipment into the eastbound lane as part of the emergency repairs at that location.
