SH 65/Grand Mesa closed for avalanche mitigation today

March 2, 2015 - TRAVEL ADVISORY - Northwestern Colorado/CDOT Region 3 - MESA COUNTY/GRAND MESA – Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) crews closed the gates to the Grand Mesa yesterday evening in preparation for avalanche mitigation of SH 65 today.

March 3, 2015 - Denver Metro/CDOT Region 1 - DENVER – As the Front Range faces yet another winter storm, the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) in the Denver metro area and along the I-70 corridor up to the Eisenhower/Johnson Memorial Tunnels begins full snow shift, with crews rotating on 12-hour shifts throughout the storm event.

March 3, 2015 - Northeastern Colorado/CDOT Region 4 - Some Northeast Colorado plow drivers started last night and others hit the road this morning, but Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) maintenance crews are mobilized and ready for another round of winter weather in the region with up to 196 snowplows set to clear the roads.

March 4, 2015 - Northwestern Colorado/CDOT Region 3 - GARFIELD/PITKIN COUNTIES–The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) will begin a project to improve SH 133 between Redstone and Carbondale on Monday, March 9.

WB I-70 Daytime Closure, Colfax to Tower, for Road Repair

March 4, 2015 - Denver Metro/CDOT Region 1 - DENVER – The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and contractor Ames Granite will close westbound I-70 between Colfax Avenue and Tower Road tomorrow, March 5, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to perform a roadway repair.

Hearing Set for Statewide Transportation Improvement Plan

March 11, 2015 - Statewide Transportation Plan - DENVER – Colorado’s Transportation Commission will be holding a public hearing next month regarding the proposed Fiscal Year 2016 – 2019 Statewide Transportation Improvement Plan (STIP).
