Demolition Paves Way for I-25/Cimarron Interchange Project

February 4, 2015 - Southeastern Colorado/CDOT Region 2 - Colorado Springs – The view from Interstate 25 near Cimarron Street (U.S. 24) is about to change as the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) begins demolishing several structures in the northwest quadrant of the interchange.

Prepare for Big I-70 Traffic Weekend

February 6, 2015 - Central/Eastern Colorado/CDOT Region 1 - DENVER — The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) is advising drivers to anticipate higher traffic volumes on the Interstate 70 corridor this weekend due to the combination of ski traffic and the Alpine World Ski Championships (AWSC) in Vail and Beaver Creek.

Railroad Repairs to Close Highway 67

February 6, 2015 - Southeastern Colorado/CDOT Region 2 - FLORENCE, CO – State Highway (SH) 67 will be closed at the south end of Florence for about four days next week for railroad crossing work.

US 6 Bridge over Garrison Street Reconstruction Begins

February 11, 2015 - Metro Denver Colorado/CDOT Region 1 - In mid-January 2015, the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and Hamon Contractors began the reconstruction of the US 6 bridge over Garrison Street, with the existing bridge being removed in phases as the new bridge is constructed in tandem.

Pedestrians and bicyclists detoured off Mulberry bridge area starting Feb. 16; night closure for westbound Mulberry Street on Tuesday, Feb. 24

February 12, 2015 - Northeastern Colorado/CDOT Region 4 - FORT COLLINS – Beginning on Monday, Feb. 16, pedestrian and bicycle traffic will be temporarily prohibited on Mulberry Street between Riverside Avenue and Lemay Avenue until late fall 2015 when new sidewalk is complete on the south side of the new SH 14 (Mulberry Street) bridge over the Cache la Poudre River.

Railroad Repairs Extended – Highway 67 Remains Closed

February 13, 2015 - Southeastern Colorado/CDOT Region 2 - FLORENCE, CO – State Highway (SH) 67 remains closed at the south end of Florence until at least the close of business today or, if necessary, through the weekend, for railroad crossing work.
