US 36 EMERGENCY FLOOD RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT BETWEEN LYONS AND ESTES PARK SCHEDULE FOR WEEK OF JULY 20
July 18, 2014 - The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and the Federal Highway Administration - Central Federal Lands Highway Division (CFLHD) are continuing construction on the U.S. 36 Emergency Flood Reconstruction project between Lyons and Estes Park.

During the week of July 20, crews will be performing shoulder work, milling and paving throughout the work zone. The following delays should be expected from July 20 to July 26 on U.S. 36 between Lyons and Estes Park (weather permitting). Night work is planned for this week:
- Sunday, July 20: No work.
- Monday, July 21, through Friday, July 25: from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.: delays of up to 30 minutes.
- Monday, July 21, through Friday, July 25: from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. there will be nighttime delays of up to one hour at MP 7.7 only. Traffic will be let through on the hour.
- Saturday, July 26: No work.
American Civil Constructors Inc. of Littleton, Colorado, is the project contractor for Phase 1; Kirkland Construction is the project contractor for Phase 2.
