CDOT Maintenance Activity Update – Durango Maintenance Section 3
SOUTHWEST COLORADO – The following are this upcoming week’s maintenance activities that impact travel in the Durango Maintenance Section.* Thank you for driving “Slow for the Cone Zone!” (Please note, project start and end times indicate a multi-day project—but there is no night work.)

*CDOT’s Durango Maintenance Section, divided into three Maintenance Areas and further into numerous Patrols, covers the counties of Montrose (southern half only), San Miguel, Ouray, San Juan, Dolores, Montezuma, La Plata and western Archuleta (through the east edge of Pagosa Springs).

Description |
Crews will be sealing highway cracks on Yellow Jacket Pass. This is a 3 lane road, so crews will close only one lane at a time, keeping two lanes of traffic flowing freely. However, the speed limit will be reduced from 60 mph to 40 mph so motorists can expect minor travel delays. |
