SH 184 Culvert Replacement Project Underway West of Mancos

March 21, 2014 - Southwestern Colorado/CDOT Region 5 - MONTEZUMA COUNTY, CO – The Colorado Department of Transportation has a project underway to replace two critical culverts underneath SH 184 at Chicken Creek, west of Mancos at mile point 25.1.

CDOT Begins Project to Replace US 24 Bridge over UPRR in Johnson Village

March 21, 2014 - Southwestern Colorado/CDOT Retion 5 - CHAFFEE COUNTY, CO - The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and Lawrence Construction Company of Littleton, CO, announce the beginning of the US 24 Bridge Replacement Project over the Union Pacific Railroad in Johnson Village on Monday, March 24. Construction will continue through June 2014.

Telephone Town Hall Offering Citizens Forum to Talk Transportation for Gunnison Valley

March 25, 2014 - Northwestern Colorado/CDOT Region 3, Southwestern Colorado/CDOT Region 5 - MONTROSE – The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) is hosting a telephone town hall next week for the residents of Delta, Gunnison, Hinsdale, Montrose, Ouray, and San Miguel counties, providing them with an opportunity to ask questions and provide input about their regional transportation needs.

Work Begins on McCaslin Diverging Diamond Interchange

March 26, 2014 - Metro Denver Colorado/CDOT Region 1 - BROOMFIELD – Work is starting on the US 36 Express Lanes Project’s Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI), a traffic management design that enables free left turns at the ramp intersections. Part of Phase 2 of the project, the new DDI will replace the current McCaslin Boulevard intersection to extend the operational life of the interchange.
