Overnight closures of I-25/U.S. 24 Ramp

December 2, 2013 - Southeastern Colorado/CDOT Region 2 - COLORADO SPRINGS – The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) will be closing the ramp fromnorthbound Interstate 25 to eastbound U.S. 24 for several nights, allowing bridge improvements to take place on the Fountain Creek Bridge.

Closures are scheduled from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. on the following dates:

  • Monday, December 2
  • Tuesday, December 3
  • Wednesday, December 4
  • Thursday, December 5
  • Sunday, December 8

Traffic will need to exit at Circle Drive, go east to Union Boulevard, then north on Union to Highway 24.

CDOT is replacing bridge expansion joints as part of a maintenance project to extend the lifespan of 16 structures along I-25 and Highway 24 through Colorado Springs.
