Public Invited to Founders Parkway/Allen Way Open House

August 6, 2013 - PUBLIC OPEN HOUSE - Central Eastern Colorado/CDOT Region 1 - CASTLE ROCK – The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) is holding a public meeting this month regarding upcoming improvements at the Founders Parkway (State Highway 86)/Allen Way intersection.

Citizens are encouraged to attend the meeting to review and provide input regarding several alternatives to improve traffic flow at this busy intersection. Representatives from CDOT and the Town of Castle Rock will be on hand for questions and comments. Project display boards, an interactive traffic simulation model station, and an interactive slide show station also will be set-up for viewing.

The open house will be held on Wednesday, August 28, in the Milestone Shopping Center, 100 Founders Parkway, in the old Blockbuster video store, just west of King Soopers. Citizens are encouraged to attend anytime between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.There will be no formal presentation.
