HPTE Board Approved Adjustment of Morning Peak Period Toll Rates for I-25 Express Lanes
The new toll rates will be effective July 1, 2013 and will be $4.00 for ExpressToll customers for the full peak period.
The toll adjustment is required by the intergovernmental agreement with the Regional Transportation District (RTD). Per the agreement, the I-25 HOV/tolled Express Lanes peak period toll cannot be any less than the express bus fare for that route. All other toll rates would remain the same for now during other time periods.
