CDOT Crews to Display Equipment in Louisville Touch-A-Truck Event Tomorrow

BOULDER COUNTY — Tomorrow, Saturday, June 1 from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) will participate in the Louisville Touch-A-Truck event at the Louisville Recreation and Senior Center (address is 900 W. Via Appia, Louisville). The event is free to the public.

CDOT will have four pieces of equipment on display, including a tandem snowplow, street sweeper, tractor trailer spray tanker, and motorgrader. CDOT maintenance staff will be volunteering at the event to help answer questions about CDOT’s maintenance efforts throughout the year, which focus on keeping our existing infrastructure in the best possible shape to help extend the life of highways and bridges, keep roadways clear of snow and debris, and help motorists get where they need to go safely and efficiently.
