CDOT Division of Aeronautics Urges Public to Participate in Survey

December 4, 2012 - Statewide Transportation Plan - Input will aid department in measuring and reporting how airports benefit the state’s economy.

STATEWIDE — If you benefit from one of Colorado’s commercial or general aviation airports, we need your story! The Colorado Department of Transportation’s (CDOT’s) Division of Aeronautics is conducting an important study to measure and report on how airports benefit businesses, agencies, residents, and other groups in Colorado.

Everyone in Colorado that uses a Colorado airport for commercial airline service, general aviation flights, overnight shipping, or air freight is urged to participate in the study to help the Division of Aeronautics support its programs and educate elected officials, the general public, and others on the important role our airports play in improving all facets of Colorado’s economy and supporting many important services. Colorado’s Aviation Use and Reliance Survey can be accessed at http://sgiz.mobi/s3/CDOT-Use.
