Ramp Closure Monday at I-25 and US 50/State Highway 47 Interchange in Pueblo
November 2, 2012 - Southeastern Colorado/CDOT Region 2 - Beginning Monday, November 5 at 9 a.m., the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) will close the eastbound lane of the southbound I-25 off-ramp to State Highway (SH) 47 in Pueblo.
The ramp, which is located at Exit 101, will remain closed to traffic until 6 a.m. Thursday, November 8 as crews remove and replace the concrete panels on the roadway.
Throughout the closure, a marked detour will be in place via Elizabeth Street west of I-25. The westbound lane of the southbound I-25 off-ramp will remain open to motorists, but speeds will be reduced through the work zone and delays should be expected. Motorists are urged to driveSlow for the Cone Zone.
In August 2012, CDOT began the interchange resurfacing project, which will remove and replace the concrete panels on I-25 and the on-and-off ramps. Scott Contracting is the contractor for this $3.9 million project.
