Roadway Repairs to Close Ramp from Eastbound I-70 to Southbound I-25 Tonight and Tomorrow Night

August 14, 2012 - TRAFFIC ADVISORY - Denver Metro Colorado/CDOT Region 6 - AURORA—Tonight, August 14th and Wednesday, August 15th, Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) maintenance crews will conduct roadway repairs on the ramp from eastbound I-70 to southbound I-25. As a result, the ramp will be completely closed each night from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following day.

During the closure, motorists on eastbound I-70 will be detoured to Washington Street to westbound I-70 and then to southbound I-25. Delays are possible in the area and alternate routes are strongly advised.

CDOT would like to remind motorists to obey all construction signs and flaggers and to “Slow for the Cone Zone.” Fines for most infractions that occur in the work zone will be doubled.
