Concrete Replacement on I-25 Complete

June 19, 2012 - Northeastern Colorado/CDOT Region 4 - Work extends the life of the interstate.

LARIMER/WELD COUNTIES — The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) has finished the concrete slab replacement project on I-25 from mile marker (MM) 243 north of the Lyons Exit to MM 298 at the Colorado/Wyoming border. The project began last October, and removed and replaced damaged and broken concrete on I-25. By performing basic repairs, CDOT was able to extend the life of the interstate by preventing further concrete damage, which will save money in the future.

The project, which finished both on time and on budget, was contracted to TLM Constructors for $392,000.
