June 1, 2012 - Central & Northeastern Colorado/CDOT Regions 1 & 4 - LINCOLN/WASHINGTON COUNTIES – The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) begins upgrading nearly 26 miles of State Highway 71 on Tuesday, June 5.
