SH 82 Grand Avenue Bridge Public Open House & Presentation on June 6

May 23, 2012 - Northwestern Colorado/CDOT Region 3 - GLENWOOD SPRINGS – The Colorado Department of Transportation will be holding a public open house and presentation on Wednesday, June 6, from 5:00 – 7:30 p.m., at the Glenwood Springs Community Center (100 Wulfsohn Road) to present the results of the second level of alternatives screening conducted for the SH 82 Grand Avenue Bridge Environmental Assessment.

Those interested can view the exhibits between 5:00 and 7:30 p.m.—and there also will be a formal presentation, starting at 6:00 p.m., on the screening process and the alternatives that will be further evaluated in the process. Representatives from CDOT and the project team will be on hand to answer questions.

CDOT and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) are conducting the Environmental Assessment for the SH 82 Grand Avenue Bridge. Background information and project documentation are posted at www.coloradodot.info/projects/sh82grandavenuebridge.
