August 8, 2011 - Central Eastern Colorado/CDOT Region 1 - PARK/DOUGLAS COUNTIES – The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) is rescheduling the upcoming paving project on Wilkerson Pass to next week. Work originally was planned for this Wednesday and Thursday.

Resurfacing Project in Walsenburg Tomorrow

August 9, 2011 - Southeastern Colorado/CDOT Region 2 - WALSENBURG – The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) will be paving two blocks of Main Street (Interstate 25 Business) on Wednesday, August 10.

Flaggers to Control Traffic at Holly Bridge

August 9, 2011 - Southeastern Colorado/CDOT Region 2 - PROWERS COUNTY – Flaggers will be directing vehicles through the bridge reconstruction site on State Highway 89 this week, one mile south of Holly, for concrete pouring operations on the new bridge deck.

Bridge Repairs to Reduce I-25 to One Lane in Each Direction This Weekend

August 10, 2011 - TRAFFIC ADVISORY - Northeastern Colorado/CDOT Region 4 - WELD COUNTY— Starting at 9 p.m. on Friday, August 12th and continuing until 11 a.m. on Sunday, August 14th, the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) will conduct bridge work to repair bridge expansion joints on I-25 over the Great Western Railroad near Mead.

Law Enforcement to Pace Vehicles on I-70

August 11, 2011 - Central Eastern Colorado/CDOT Region 1 - SUMMIT COUNTY – The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), in coordination with the Colorado State Patrol (CSP), and Silverthorne Police Department (SPD), is testing a new method aimed at reducing congestion and accidents on eastbound Interstate 70 from Silverthorne to the Eisenhower/Johnson Memorial Tunnel (EJMT).

August 11, 2011 - TRAFFIC ADVISORY - Denver Metro Colorado/CDOT Region 6 - Beginning Friday, August 12th, at 8:00 p.m. and continuing 24 hours a day through Tuesday, August 16th, at 5:00 a.m., the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) will temporarily close the intersections of Wadsworth and 90th, 92nd, Independence, and 100th for concrete paving operations.

Bridge Demolition to Close I-70 for Eight Consecutive Nights

August 12, 2011 - TRAFFIC ADVISORY - Denver Metro Colorado/CDOT Region 6 - DENVER— Starting Sunday, August 14th and continuing for eight consecutive nights through Monday, August 22nd, crews will demolish the old Stapleton Airport runway service road over I-70, which is located between Havana Street and Quebec Street.

Sign Bridge Removal and Ramp Work to Impact Traffic on I-25 Next Week

August 12, 2011 - Denver Metro Colorado/CDOT Region 6 - DENVER — Next week, August 15th through August 18th, the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) will remove a sign bridge on I-25 between Auraria Parkway and Speer Boulevard, begin paving operations, and conduct ramp work as part of the I-25 bridge replacement project over the South Platte River, also known as the Bronco Arch Bridge.

CDOT Announces New Process Improvement Chief
