Paving on I-70 Tomorrow
August 17, 2011 - TRAFFIC ADVISORY - Central Eastern Colorado/CDOT Region 1 - SUMMIT COUNTY – The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) is paving a short segment of Interstate 70 in the Silverthorne area on Thursday August 18.
From 7 a.m. to noon, the right lane of eastbound I-70 will be closed for approximately 1/5 of a mile, just west of the Silverthorne Interchange. Drivers should expect some slowing or possible delays through the area.
The resurfacing prevents surface deterioration, extending the service life of the roadway.
