Striping to Close the I-25 HOV/Tolled Express Lanes Tomorrow
February 23, 2011 - TRAFFIC ADVISORY - Denver Metro Colorado/CDOT Region 6 - DENVER —Tomorrow, February 24th, the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) will close the I-25 HOV/Tolled Express Lanes between Downtown Denver and US 36 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for restriping. The lanes will reopen by 3 p.m. to northbound traffic.
Typically, the lanes are closed from 10 a.m. to noon each day so crews can reverse the lanes and ensure all the lanes are clear. Tomorrow’s work will extend that closure by three hours in order to complete the work.
CDOT apologizes for any inconvenience and thanks motorists for their patience during this maintenance operation.
