Project First on Construction Projects
Project First is CDOT’s partnering program to manage project risks and foster collaboration and communication on the project in accordance with Standard Specification 105.10.
In accordance with the new "Project First" initiative, please use this Excel file to develop your project specific Project Risk Assessment Tool.
This Project First Escalation Ladder spreadsheet shall be used for matters related to working in bad faith, incompetence, etc. It is not to be used for issues and disputes per Construction Specifications 105.22 and 105.23.
