Construction Oversight

The Geotechnical Program is also available to CDOT construction staff members if they have any questions while on the job. A geotechnical engineer would be happy to come to an active construction site and provide assistance on a CDOT construction job.

The Geotechnical Program also has and operates a pile-driving analyzer (PDA). A PDA is hooked up to a pile being driven and will determine the pile's current capacity, driving criteria and pile condition during driving.
