(Note: Due to new ADA requirements for CDOT websites, for some reason, some Project Special Provisions titles are not showing up in the package. You will have to either copy and paste the titles or insert the PSPs you want into the package. We are working to solve this.) This Tool assembles the required Project Special Provisions and the current Standard Special Provisions Index into an overall Specifications Package for use in an advertisement set. The User will be required to heavily edit the resulting Project Special Provisions package for their specific project. The PSAT maybe have to be downloaded to user's computer and Macros must be enabled. ___________________________________________________________________
PLEASE NOTE: As of February 6, 2020, please use these prices for the Asphalt Cement Cost Adjustment index. These monthly prices are averaged from the weekly "Poten & Partners" and "Argus Americas" prices for asphalt oil according to oil distilleries in Colorado and neighboring states. They accurately reflect the true asphalt oil prices that CDOT uses for the plus (+) or minus (-) 10% changes according to the Revision of Section 109 - Asphalt Cement Cost Adjustment specification.
