Release of Local Agency Manual Revision
2024-3. September 16, 2024. The Local Agency Manual has been modified to comply with the accessibility law Colorado House Bill 21-1110.

Delivery Methods on Local Agency Infrastructure Projects
2024-2. September 16, 2024. The Local Agency Manual Chapter 5, Project Development, has been updated to reflect the approval process for utilization of a project delivery method other than traditional Design-Bid-Build. Chapter 7 has been revised to clarify the process for a Local Agency to request CM/GC Construction Agreed Price (CAP) concurrence, and CM/GC request to award.

Third Party Fiber Installations in CDOT ROW
2024-1. September 16, 2024. The purpose of this Local Agency Bulletin is to provide background and explanation for third party entities installing fiber on The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) Rights-of-Way (ROW), including explanation of CDOT’s newly adopted fee structure for ROW access for deployment of broadband infrastructure (fiber).
