ACL, Inc. is a certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise and Emerging Small Business with the State of Colorado and a Minority/Woman Business Enterprise, Emerging Business Enterprise and Small Business Enterprise with the City & County of Denver. They provide transportation-related consulting engineering services for public and private sector clientele along the Colorado Front Range. ACL, inc. is currently centered in three areas: 1] planning, design, and management of multi-modal facilities including recreational trails and paths, bike lanes, sidewalks, ADA facilities; 2] the design and management of safety improvements on intersections, streets, and highways; and 3] traffic engineering including traffic signal design, traffic signal operations and signal timing, signing and striping, and construction phasing and traffic control. They have worked on a variety of CDOT projects, including:
- CO 2 (Colorado Blvd) and CO 95 (Sheridan Blvd) Safety Improvements – prime role in 12 intersection upgrades including traffic signal and associated civil improvements
- CO 71 (Limon) Access Modification Analysis – prime role traffic study
- I-270 Environmental Impact Statement – supporting role in multi-modal connectivity
