2-0 Approve Consultant Master Contract Utilization Plan
Flow chart showing the process from the Consultant, where they decide to submit proposal for PS/PGS Master Contract to the people it goes to between CDOT HQ and CDOT Chief Engineer (or designee). The consultant starts with the Affidavit of small business participation and submits it with consultant statement of interest. Then CDOT HQ reviews and scores aspects of the proposal. Then they ask if the total eligible participation identified on the Master Contract affidavit meet the DBE contract goal. If no, there are various steps CDOT HQ and the Consultant must do including completing the professional services good faith efforts report form, and then CDOT reviews it. If yes, CDOT notifies consultant to submit Master Contract Utilization Plan in B2GNow System. Both options eventually lead here. Consultants then submit the plan and CDOT reviews. CDOT then approves the utilization plan and updates DBE goal if needed and then sends notification to CDOT Contracts unit and RCRO that the plan is approved. That is the end of the process.
