Plan Holders List
Contractors and Sub-Contractors may add themselves to the most recent plan holders list by logging in to the B2G system. This will allow you to access the up to date plan holders list. - For an updated list go to https://cdot.dbesystem.com/ to see the bid vendor tab in the projects "my Bid Solicitations" menu
- A separate voluntary plan holders list is also maintained on the Bid Express website so the list on B2G is not exclusive
