| February 6, 2026 | Project Number FSA 0252-509 (25130) located in Region 2 in Pueblo County along I-25 from Mile Post 108.5 to 114.1 consists of cable barrier and guardrail safety improvements. Given the overall project dynamics, rebid of the project was unlikely to result in more competition and or lower bid offers. A bid analysis was conducted finding the low apparent bidder's bid proposal to be fair and reasonable. It was determined to be in the best interest of the State to award the project. | |||
