Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) Manual

CDOT is currently revising the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) Manual to meet the State of Colorado Technical Standard TS-OEA-002 and House Bill 21-1110. In compliance with 8 CCR 1501-11, Section 11.11, to ensure this document is accessible to individuals with disabilities.  The revised copy of the CM/GC Manual will be posted on our website as soon as it becomes available.
